What You'll Do as a Van Driver

• Drive a company van to transport students to and from school safely.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules while keeping student safety your top priority.
• Complete basic vehicle checks and report any issues or concerns.
• Communicate positively and professionally with students, parents, school staff, and the BlueCap team.
• Assist students during pick-up and drop-off when needed.
• Maintain accurate trip records, including mileage and the number of students transported.

• Dependable: Consistently arrives on time and follows assigned schedules to provide reliable student transportation.
• Safety-Conscious: Practices safe driving, stays alert behind the wheel, and promptly reports vehicle concerns.
• Caring: Treats students with kindness and patience while assisting them during pick-up and drop-off.
• Qualified: Valid driver's license with a clean five-year driving record and can successfully complete required background checks and drug testing.
• Prepared: Has a working smartphone; prior professional driving experience is preferred but not required, and training is provided.
• Professional: Communicates respectfully with students, parents, school staff, and teammates while supporting BlueCap's commitment to safe, efficient, and compassionate service.

What We Offer Our Van Drivers

• Pay: $19/hour
• Monthly safety and attendance bonus
• Split Schedule: Monday-Friday, approximately 6:00-8:30 AM and 1:30-4:00 PM
• Newer 2026-2027 fleet vehicles
• A supportive and fun work environment, with a strong culture of safety and training
• The ability to make a daily impact on students' lives
